Imagination & Valentines

Fire Safety

Tuesday                                                     Wednesday                                              Thursday

Text Box: Parents: (Please note—NO candy or food or edibles with valentine cards, please.)
Here’s how we celebrate Valentines Day:
At the beginning of school on Thurs. 2/11, please bring 22 valentines to school & help your child distribute them into the bags in our art room.
Please have your child (or you) sign your child’s name, but do not address the valentines with the other children’s names.
Please do not include any edible treats, because of various food allergies at our school.
Please return for a Sing-along & to help your child read his or her cards. Please come at (AM class) 11:10 or (PM class) 2:40. We welcome siblings since elementary school is closed this day. (We’ll also make this work for our families with 2 children at preschool.)
This event is pretty important to your child, so PLEASE try to be on time. If no one from the family can make it, please clue us in!
Text Box: Fire Safety: Please talk with your children about your family’s exit plan for emergencies at home. This is a great time to decide what doors & windows to go out and where your Safe Meeting Place is. Also, ask how we do this at school. The children should know that we stop talking, look to a teacher & listen for directions.

*** We need paper towel tubes, please.        *** KIDS TIME on Sat. 2/13.  Sign-up on door by office.        *** Plan for a food drive in mid-March.
